Refund Policy
We offer a 7 - 14 days refunds / money back policy for products that do not meet the satisfaction of the customers.
However, once the product has been shipped to the customer, shipping cost is non-refundable.
Should an item be rejected by a customer, cost of the return shipping would be deducted from the refund to be paid to the customer.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
All cancellations of purchase of products must be made before the product is en route to the customer's location, or else customer may have to accept the product or be ready to pay for additional shipping costs for the return of the product.
Except for the case of Untested Goods, Return / Exchange of products is possible if all the necessary guidelines in the Terms & Conditions are met, and if all avenues for presenting the need for return or exchange within the 24 hours of receiving the product.
Customers must ensure that product is return in good condition before any return can be made.
